When your client commissions you to hand-paint his wedding portrait for a first wedding anniversary gift to his bride… I wasn’t sure if I could pull it off. So I tapped into my 10-year-old self who adored Barbie fashion illustrator plates and sketched away. Adding watercolor brought the wedding day portrait to life.
