A frequently asked question here at Mospens Studio is, How do I write my reply card text?
There are a few things you will want to keep in mind.
Many times these are the questions you will ask your wedding planner or caterer.
1. What date do you need your responses by?
2. Will you use “M” or “Name(s)” for the guest name line?
3. Do you have to have a count of each food item?
4. Who do you want your reply card to be mailed to? You, your parents, or your wedding planner?
5. Do you have a limited amount of space at your venue? Sometimes wedding couples reserve 1-3 seats per invitation and limit the guest to who they are bringing with them. This way you are letting the guest know ahead of time when they reply how many are in their party.

The reply card envelope can have your name and address, the wedding couple, the parents, or a wedding planner. This allows your guest to mail the card back to you so you receive the number attending. Be sure to add postage to the response envelope for your guest to mail back with ease.
Now-a-days almost anything goes! Be yourself as a couple and let your personality shine through your wedding stationery.
