♥ Process
After you approve the quote, I create a Custom Listing on our secure website for you. You purchase in full. The art is created, proofs are sent, then we print only after you approve wording. Art is painted one time, no changes.
♥ Turn around time
Due to the high volume of commissioned artwork, please plan ahead when working with artist Michelle Mospens. Allow about 2-3 weeks for hand-painted illustrations to be created after you order and send ALL details to Michelle. Then about 1 week for wording, ink color and font changes. And 7-10 business days for printing after you give your final approval. Your custom stationery is then shipped out of our studio in Ohio. (that is an estimated 5 weeks for completion.)
♥ Venue Wedding Map
Hand-painted watercolor wedding venue building, map with land in green, water is blue, and 7 cities/locations pinpointed with wording. My original dolphins, sailboats, and beach umbrellas that are already painted are included. Art fee + design time: $175 for one venue + $3.50 each card to print. Includes 7 x 5″ save the date card front printed, one envelope with back flap printed, and complimentary guest address printing.
♥ How It Works
– Place your order with Mospens Studio.
– After you order, email a photo not artwork of the Hemingway House, email us your wording, ink color, font choices (one block one script). Please include your envelope address for invite back flap (2 lines, typically street address and city, state, and zip).
– Custom artwork is painted in about 2-3 weeks.
– A professional design proof is then created and sent to you via email. Three proof sets are included with your order. Additional proofs are $15 each set. This is when you can change wording, ink color, fonts but not the artwork. If you need a fourth proof set, each one after the 3 free ones are $15 each.
– After you approve your proof, printing takes 7-10 business days. When you approve, you will also email your addresses to us if you are taking advantage of our complimentary matching guest address printing. Directions for this are included in the proof process.
– You can expect to receive your package in 1-5 business days (depending on your location) from our studio in Ohio after your order is printed.
♥ Discounts
Discounts do not apply to custom designed wedding stationery. Complimentary address printing is included. (flat matte digital printing).

♥ Terms
If for some reason you have to cancel your order before printing begins, 50% of total refundable. Art fee is nonrefundable. If you cancel after giving approval to print, there are no refunds on custom and personalized art stationery. By placing your order you agree to all terms and conditions.
