+ Full payment is due to begin.

+ All art details are discussed via email before I paint. Artwork is hand-painted one time. No refunds on hand-painted artwork fees. Digital file not included, no rights for client to reproduce. Artist owns all rights to artwork. I will need 1 month for custom artwork creation at this time.

+ Choose one person to be the voice for your proofing process and approval for printing.

+ After you order, send over all wording EXACTLY as you want it printed along with the ink color and one block font and one script font names. Three proof sets are created one at a time. This includes script font, block font and wording changes. Additional proofs are $25 each set after the three free sets.

+ After you approve, it takes 7-10 business days for full color printing. Shipping takes about 1-5 business days from our studio in Ohio. All stationery is shipped to you from Ohio for you to mail out to guests.
