DISCOUNTS
Discounts do not apply to custom designed wedding stationery. Complimentary address printing is included. (flat matte digital printing, not letterpress). Plus free thank you card offer. Discount is applied on day of stationery items.

PRICING
If you have to change your quantity after you order, pricing changes. Most cards are set on a variable pricing system. Price per card typically goes down the more you order.

HOW IT WORKS
Full payment is due to begin custom artwork / design work.
After placing your order, I start your design work.
Please keep in mind, all art is painted one time with no refunds.
After you order, 1 sketch with 1 revision of art is provided. New sketches are $175 each.

TURN AROUND TIME
Due to the high volume of commissioned artwork, please plan ahead when working with artist Michelle Mospens. Allow 3-4 weeks for hand-painted illustrations to be created after you order and send ALL details to Michelle. Then about 1 week for wording, ink color and font changes. And 7-10 business days for printing after you give your final approval. Your custom stationery is then shipped out of our studio in Ohio. (that is an estimated 8 weeks for completion.)

If you need menus, wedding programs, thank you cards, rehearsal dinner invites, place cards, cocktail napkins, totes or more… Mospens Studio will print all pieces for you in the studio. TERMS
If for some reason you have to cancel your order before printing begins, 50% is refundable. Art fees are not refundable. If you cancel after giving approval to print, there are no refunds on custom and personalized art stationery. By placing your order you agree to all terms and conditions.
