HOW IT WORKS
The art is created, proofs are sent, then we print only after you approve wording. Art is painted one time. Be sure to communicate details of the art you want with Michelle after you order. No refunds on custom at.
Crest: Email the colors, flowers and main crest outline color you want. Animals and buildings are not included on this simple crest design. Do not send other artist’s crests. Your original crest is created for you.
Let us know if you have any questions.
TURN AROUND TIME
Due to the high volume of commissioned artwork, please plan ahead when working with artist Michelle Mospens. Allow 3-4 weeks for hand-painted illustrations to be created after you order and send ALL details to Michelle. Then about 1 week for wording, ink color and font changes. And 7-10 business days for printing after you give your final approval. Your custom stationery is then shipped out of our studio in Ohio. (that is an estimated 8 weeks for completion.)

TIP: SEALING YOUR ENVELOPES
Who wants to lick all of those envelopes? Not me! I always use a Tape Runner with Adhesive like this one for sealing my envelopes:
http://www.amazon.com/Xyron-3301-12-32-Runner-Forty-Adhesive/dp/B004QM94KU. You never want to use just a sticker to seal because the corners of an envelope if not sealed down can get damaged in the post office machines. Use the adhesive from the gumming edge to edge then press for a seal envelope shut. It works great! No licking tons of envelopes or over wetting edges with a sponge.
