TERMS
Allow 1 week for hand-illustrated monogram to be designed and created after you order and send ALL details to Michelle. Then about 1 week or less for wording, ink color and font changes. And 7-10 business days for printing after you give your final approval. Your custom stationery is then shipped out of our studio in Ohio. (that is an estimated 3 weeks for completion.)

Three sketches and 1 final art illustrated. Three sketches of monogram are shown, make changes and or combine ideas then one monogram is illustrated.

If you have to cancel your order before giving approval to print, 50% may be refunded. If you cancel after you give approval to print, there are no refunds due to the custom nature and supplies ordered to complete your order. If custom hand painted or illustrated art was created for you, there are no refunds on the art fee due to the custom personalized nature and time involved.

PROCESS
EMAIL US YOUR DETAILS: After you order, EMAIL us all your wording details:
– Other wording and details (if you need help with wording see our ideas on the blog)
– All designs are customizable: fonts, ink color, envelope colors (light color envelopes are used with our free addressing.) See all Design Elements.
– Later, after you approve to print you can email Guest Addresses in one email, no attached files, no spreadsheets. Email to [email protected] like so:
