HOW IT WORKS
A Custom Listing is created for you.
You purchase in full.
The Ocean Column Art is hand painted one time with no refunds.
Artwork is painted in 3-4 weeks due to current deadlines.
Your wording is laid out in a design proof for you to view.
Three proof sets are included with your purchase. This is when you can change wording, ink color, fonts but not the artwork.
If you need a fourth proof set, each one after the 3 free ones are $15 each.
After you approve to print, printing takes 7-10 business days.

TURN AROUND TIME
Due to the high volume of commissioned artwork, please plan ahead when working with artist Michelle Mospens. Allow 3-4 weeks for hand-painted illustrations to be created after you order and send ALL details to Michelle. Then about 1 week for wording, ink color and font changes. And 7-10 business days for printing after you give your final approval. Your custom stationery is then shipped out of our studio in Ohio. (that is an estimated 8 weeks for completion.)

TERMS
If for some reason you have to cancel your order before printing begins, 50% is refundable. Art fee is not refundable. If you cancel after giving approval to print, there are no refunds on custom and personalized art stationery. By placing your order you agree to all terms and conditions.
