• We work very hard to perfect your design for you. After you order custom invitations, a proof is created and emailed to you in about 2-3 business days.
• If you make changes to your proof, please allow 2-4 business days for changes to be made by James or Michelle.
• After you approve, your order is printed in 10-12 business days. Gold foil printing takes longer about 14-18 business days at this time.
• After printing, shipping takes 1-5 days depending on your location. We ship from Ohio.

BESPOKE CUSTOM INVITATIONS (made-from-scratch hand-painted art and brand new designs)

• Due to the limited bandwidth and high volume of clients artist Michelle Mospens works with, order custom bespoke invitations at least 6-9 months before your wedding.

• After you order bespoke custom invitations, watercolor art is created by artist Michelle Mospens. Subject to approval.
• Then design proof is created by a professional designer and emailed to you after art is created.
• If you make changes to your proof, please allow 2-3 business days for changes to be made by Michelle.
• After you approve, your order is printed in 10-12 business days. Gold foil printing takes longer about 14-18 business days at this time.
• After printing, shipping takes 1-5 days depending on your location.
